Sleep Blend – Essential Oil Blend

Our relaxing Sleep Blend helps you fall asleep more easily, providing a sense of calm and deep sleep, thanks to its pleasant aromas.

Combining essential oils of bergamot, chamomile, mixed lavender, ylang ylang, vetiver and cedar, Sleep Blend supports relaxation and eases the transition to sleep.

It reduces anxiety and helps calm down, increasing melatonin secretion for deeper, more restful sleep.

It can be used by adding 1-2 drops to aromatherapy water, scented sachets, or directly to your pillow. It can also be added to your shower water for relaxation before bed.

Purpose of use: Space aromatization

Instructions for use: Add 1-2 drops to the water in your diffuser or on pillows to refresh the atmosphere.
