Today, one of the biggest problems affecting our quality of life is difficulty falling asleep. Sometimes we fall asleep initially, then wake up as if we had set the clock, or we cannot fall asleep at all until morning. The problems can be diverse: from the sensation of pulling in the legs and arms, restless legs syndrome, to thoughts that tire our mind or the mental conditioning "I will not be able to fall asleep."
We would like to offer some "aromatherapy" suggestions to make it easier to fall asleep. The most beautiful aspect of the essential oils we use for a wonderful sleep is that, unlike medications, we do not feel tired in the morning, but wake up alive and energetic.
Lavender, which balances the biorhythm, and Vetiver, which brings balance, are among the favorite essential oils to help you fall asleep. Before bed, you can apply just 1 drop of lavender essential oil to the edge of your pillow, keep our lavender linen pillows close by, or apply our “Sleep Roll” made with lavender and vetiver oils to your wrists, around your nose, and behind your ears for a relaxing sensation.
Another suggestion is to diffuse oils (lavender, vetiver, ylang-ylang, cedar, cedarwood, mandarin, etc.) in the bedroom using a bowl of water and aromatherapy sticks.
But, in my opinion, the biggest obstacle to quality sleep is the negative energy accumulated throughout the day: from sitting in front of the computer, constantly holding the phone in your hand, to Wi-Fi streams and electrical cables under your feet.
Grounding by touching the earth, swimming in the sea or hugging a tree are the most powerful methods. In busy urban life, the practical method is to use "Sheeps" prepared with unrefined sea salt, cold-pressed vegetable oils and essential oils.
Our recommendation is to use the "Hand Cleansing Egg" before going to bed to massage your palms, entire hand, wrists and soles of your feet, then rinse with lukewarm water. At least once a week, apply this massage to your entire body.
